If unfortunately, the order does not follow you, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to return it to us. Here are some simple steps to return your product:
- Send an email announcing your return to firstname.lastname@example.org
- Return your parcel to: 15 Avenue de l'Europe 35340 Liffré
- We will refund the product(s) of your parcel
- If you want to recommend an item or change the size, go to our e-shop to place a new order and do not hesitate to ask us for advice.
We undertake to refund within 30 days the returned item. The item must be in its original packaging, with label(s), never worn, and not washed. Any order presenting an alteration to the product (on measure, special request), will not be taken back, any sale product will not be able to be it either

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be made within 7 days.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return fee will be deducted from it.
Depending on where you live, the time required to receive your exchanged product may vary.
If you ship an item worth more than 75 euros, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return to us.
